Born in St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands and raised in Laguna Beach, Dylan grew up in a hospitality family behind Bolongo Bay Beach Resort. Before real estate he scouted locations for film, which trained his eye for what makes a home stand out. He focuses on luxury coastal homes in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach and Dana Point, and loves guiding first-time buyers. He also trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
